I intend to create a house to meet the needs of the residents, to be a house that is up-to-date and has all the perfect functions.

For the house in the Dspace II project, we have designed it as a 2-story single house with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 multipurpose rooms, parking space in the house for 3 cars and outside for 3 cars. The interior is decorated with built-in and floating furniture, a high living room, and a dining area in a Volume style. The dining area has a pantry connecting to the European and Thai kitchens and a large saltwater swimming pool that is over 10 meters long with a Jacuzzi system.

The highlight of the house is not only the beautiful architecture, but we also focus on the functions that meet the needs of being practical and usable. Including the matter of being an energy-saving house, Eco, with a Smart Home system and Home Automation controlled by an App on a mobile phone.

Each house will be installed with a Solar Cell system with a backup battery. During the day when the customer is not home, at night, electricity from the solar cell battery can be used. In addition, we have installed an EV charging system for every house in the project. It is called complete with both convenience and utility.
